The OTC (Order to Cash) department’s responsibility covers all processes related to receiving, processing and fulfilling customers’ requests for goods or services. The OTC responsibility starts with the customer credit check – to ensure that we will be able to get payment for goods and services sold. Once the customer's credibility has been successfully checked, our customer master data team sets up the customer`s account in our accounting system and ensures that the customer’s data is maintained and kept up-to-date. Once goods are shipped or services delivered, the billing team issues invoices or credit notes to our customers. The collections team are in direct contact with our customers, resolving various issues and collecting the payments for goods or services sold. And finally, once the customer payments are received, the case application team records these payments in our accounting system and matches the payment to the invoice. The Order to Cash department is continuously working on improvements and process enhancements to fulfil our customer`s requirements to the highest quality to ensure customer satisfaction.
